Three killed in shooting in Austria's Linz: report

VIENNA, May 7 (Xinhua) -- Three people were killed in a shooting in the Austrian city of Linz on Thursday, according to local media.

Austrian newspaper Kronen Zeitung reported that the shooting took place in front of a restaurant in the city, and involved a man who killed two women and then himself.

Police and emergency personnel were deployed to the scene.
